Fees Structure

Membership Registration

One-time membership registration charge of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) for the admission process and also pre-admission geriatric assessment through Kanaksaila empanelled counsellor. Subsequently, the process of registration to become a resident of Kanaksaila shall be executed.

Nomination :

Every resident has to fill-up a Nomination form affixing a recent passport size color photo, signature, and consent of the nominee along with his/her recent color photograph, age and residential proofs to facilitate refund of the security money at the time of expiry of residential membership.

Monthly Charges

  • Premium Room (twin-sharing basis): Rs. 30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) per person plus 18% GST.

 

  • Deluxe Room (twin-sharing basis): Rs, 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) per person plus 18% GST.

Security Deposit
