All disputes and / or differences and/ or any issue arising out of terms and conditions as stipulated in the agreement , Nurse & Attendant packages and/ or its interpretation and/ or its implementation and/ or its compliances herein before mentioned shall be adjudicated and/ or referred to the jurisdiction of Alipore Court, Kolkata. It is made clear that only the Alipore Court (civil/ criminal) shall have the sole and ultimate jurisdiction to try and determine any of the disputes as stated above. No court other than Alipore Court shall have jurisdiction in this matter.
